Is anyone having issues with the Mercedes Me app?
I have a 2018 GLA, and for over a week now, when I try to use the remote start, the app closes. Before this, I would consistently get a "technical issue on our end, try again" error. That started a few months ago.
I called Mbrace's "customer service," and they gave me a scripted response:" Our engineers are working on the issue. You will be added to the master ticker. However, this is not acceptable for a paid service that is not working.
